The closed loop process begins with Simple Notification to
TI-data that opens a warranty claim ticket (ID#, time/date
stamp). TI-data reviews warranty term and procedure,
collects/validates all information to file the claim, files
the recovery claim complying with supplier standards and
follows-up through resolution. When recovery claim is
resolved, the process ends with the closing of the warranty
claim Ticket.
Progress reports for any and all actions during the recovery
process can be generated periodically or on demand.
The WRS tracks and measures financial recovery and proves
the high return on investment.
